Social media for wellness coaches in Belgium

Previous content, for reference

This page retains its original address. The social media examples below come from the previous version of Flova. Automatic publishing, subscriptions and stated results are not part of the current writing studio’s offer.

Calm for clients, rhythm for you.

Coaching on stress management, sleep quality, work-life balance or energy recovery. Flova writes three posts a week for your practice in a calm, concrete tone and publishes them on Instagram, Facebook and Google.

Common questions in your sector

  • Competition from self-proclaimed gurus puts pressure on your credibility
  • Posts about wellness can easily veer into vague territory
  • Clients expect quick results but programmes run three to six months
  • Referrals from GPs remain limited

Examples from the previous social media version

Sleep that shapes your entire day: three adjustments that actually make a difference. No gadgets, no supplements.
Three-month coaching programme: six sessions, weekly check-ins. For anyone who wants lasting calm, not a quick fix.
What coaching can do and what a doctor or psychologist needs to assess: honest boundaries, in our latest post.

Questions from the previous version

How do I avoid sounding like every other wellness coach on Instagram?

Flova starts from real client questions and your specific approach. No quotes from wise men, just observations from your work.

Can I claim that coaching resolves complaints?

Flova uses careful language: 'working on', 'approach for'. No cure promises, consistent with professional honesty and deontology.

Does this work for online programmes alongside in-person sessions?

Yes. We split content into two tracks with separate booking links and alternate between them consistently.

Today: explain your service clearly

Flova now helps you rewrite an existing service page. You check the source, add context and edit the proposal yourself. Flova does not publish to your website or social media accounts.

From social communication to your service page

Name the specific service this page describes. Start with your customers’ questions without adding unconfirmed facts or promises.

Explain who the service is for, how an enquiry works and what information you need. Mention an area only if you actually work there.

Choose a concrete next step supported by your website: contact, a quote request or an appointment. Check that the button leads to the right destination.
