Social media for caterers in Belgium
Previous content, for reference
This page retains its original address. The social media examples below come from the previous version of Flova. Automatic publishing, subscriptions and stated results are not part of the current writing studio’s offer.
Posting while the trays cool.
Holiday order lists, weekly dishes, cold buffets and group menus. Flova writes three posts a week for your catering business, schedules them exactly when customers start searching, and publishes on Facebook, Instagram and Google.
Common questions in your sector
- Orders peak around holidays but online planning is missing
- Customers don't know your new menu and keep calling about the same things
- Photos of finished platters go straight to the client, never online
- Supermarket catering dominates Google around Christmas

Questions from the previous version
When should I start posting about holiday menus?
For Christmas, start in early November. For communions, from February onwards. Flova plans your campaign in advance so orders come in early and the kitchen can plan ahead.
Can Flova address corporate clients and private customers separately?
Yes. You indicate per post whether it is about event catering, weekly dishes or B2B lunches. Tone and channel are adjusted: Facebook for private customers, LinkedIn for business.
How does it handle allergens and menu descriptions?
You enter your standard recipes and allergens once. Flova uses that information correctly in every post, without you having to re-enter it each time.
Today: explain your service clearly
Flova now helps you rewrite an existing service page. You check the source, add context and edit the proposal yourself. Flova does not publish to your website or social media accounts.
From social communication to your service page
Name the specific service this page describes. Start with your customers’ questions without adding unconfirmed facts or promises.
Explain who the service is for, how an enquiry works and what information you need. Mention an area only if you actually work there.
Choose a concrete next step supported by your website: contact, a quote request or an appointment. Check that the button leads to the right destination.
The studio is now also available in English. You check all facts and publish the text yourself.
