Social media for off-licences in Belgium

Previous content, for reference

This page retains its original address. The social media examples below come from the previous version of Flova. Automatic publishing, subscriptions and stated results are not part of the current writing studio’s offer.

Well-aged, well-posted.

Whisky arrivals, gin and rum selections, tastings and gift ideas. Flova writes three posts a week for your off-licence in a knowledgeable tone, schedules them around buying moments, and publishes on Facebook, Instagram and Google.

Common questions in your sector

  • Single malt customers search online but don't find you
  • Tastings don't fill up without repeated communication
  • The holiday period is hectic, no time for online planning
  • Alcohol promotion regulations make standard ads risky

Questions from the previous version

How do I handle Belgian rules on alcohol promotion?

Flova respects the Belgian alcohol advertising regulations. No images of excessive consumption, no communication aimed at young people, correct disclaimers where required.

How do I attract connoisseurs (single malt, mezcal) without putting off occasional buyers?

Flova writes on two levels: technical posts for enthusiasts (cask, ABV, distillery) and accessible posts for occasional buyers (flavour profile, pairing, occasion).

Can tastings be announced automatically?

Yes. You share your event calendar, Flova builds teasers, reminders and thank-you posts around each event. Tasting occupancy rises without you having to plan it yourself.

Today: explain your service clearly

Flova now helps you rewrite an existing service page. You check the source, add context and edit the proposal yourself. Flova does not publish to your website or social media accounts.

From social communication to your service page

Name the specific service this page describes. Start with your customers’ questions without adding unconfirmed facts or promises.

Explain who the service is for, how an enquiry works and what information you need. Mention an area only if you actually work there.

Choose a concrete next step supported by your website: contact, a quote request or an appointment. Check that the button leads to the right destination.
