Social media for restaurants and cafés
Previous content, for reference
This page retains its original address. The social media examples below come from the previous version of Flova. Automatic publishing, subscriptions and stated results are not part of the current writing studio’s offer.
Service is running. So is the phone.
Weekly menus, daily specials and reservation prompts: published automatically at the hours when your audience gets hungry.
Common questions in your sector
- Weekly menu gets posted too late
- No time for good photos during service
- Posts miss the actual feel of your place
- Google Business Profile has been silent for months
Examples from the previous social media version
Thursday evening, local wines and seasonal tartares. The chef's pick is open to anyone booking for two this week.
Brunch Saturday from 10 to 2. For anyone looking for an egg-led surprise without the reservation stress.
Mussel season until end of October. Belgian-Zeeland mussels with our house fries, weekend evenings only.
Questions from the previous version
How often should I post as a restaurant?
Three to four times a week is a healthy rhythm: weekly menu, daily special, atmosphere shot and the occasional event. Flova schedules these for Friday and Saturday mornings when customers are searching.
Does this also work for my Google Business Profile?
Yes. The same post is reworked for Google Posts so you appear directly in search and map results. Many restaurants skip this, while it adds free visibility.
Can we also post in French?
Yes. For Brussels or Wallonia, Flova publishes in two languages: one post in Dutch, one in French, or both at the same time.
Today: explain your service clearly
Flova now helps you rewrite an existing service page. You check the source, add context and edit the proposal yourself. Flova does not publish to your website or social media accounts.
From social communication to your service page
Name the specific service this page describes. Start with your customers’ questions without adding unconfirmed facts or promises.
Explain who the service is for, how an enquiry works and what information you need. Mention an area only if you actually work there.
Choose a concrete next step supported by your website: contact, a quote request or an appointment. Check that the button leads to the right destination.
The studio is now also available in English. You check all facts and publish the text yourself.
