Social media for personal trainers in Belgium

Previous content, for reference

This page retains its original address. The social media examples below come from the previous version of Flova. Automatic publishing, subscriptions and stated results are not part of the current writing studio’s offer.

Clients find you, not the other way.

One-on-one sessions, online coaching, nutrition advice. Flova writes three posts a week for your practice, with practical tips and short stories that convert new clients, published on Instagram, Facebook and Google.

Common questions in your sector

  • Filming reels during sessions disturbs your clients
  • Posts about nutrition quickly sound like guru talk
  • Competition from international online coaches is fierce
  • Referrals are your best channel but online growth is slow

Examples from the previous social media version

Three exercises for lower back pain if you sit eight hours a day. One minute each, twice daily. Start tomorrow.
New client this month: three sessions a week, goal is more energy alongside a demanding job. Slots available from 6 pm.
Nutrition advice is not part of every personal trainer's offer. It is part of mine, in collaboration with a registered dietitian. First conversation is free.

Questions from the previous version

Do I have to show my face on Instagram every day to get clients?

Not every day, but consistently. Flova schedules three posts a week and alternates between tips, short stories and available slots in your diary.

How do I avoid sounding like every other coach online?

Flova starts from your voice and context. One concrete tip per post, no motivational posters, no empty promises.

Does this work for online coaching alongside physical sessions?

Yes. We split posts into two tracks: online and in-person, each with its own booking link in bio and on Google.

Today: explain your service clearly

Flova now helps you rewrite an existing service page. You check the source, add context and edit the proposal yourself. Flova does not publish to your website or social media accounts.

From social communication to your service page

Name the specific service this page describes. Start with your customers’ questions without adding unconfirmed facts or promises.

Explain who the service is for, how an enquiry works and what information you need. Mention an area only if you actually work there.

Choose a concrete next step supported by your website: contact, a quote request or an appointment. Check that the button leads to the right destination.
