Social media for opticians in Belgium
Previous content, for reference
This page retains its original address. The social media examples below come from the previous version of Flova. Automatic publishing, subscriptions and stated results are not part of the current writing studio’s offer.
Great collection, fully booked.
Eye tests, eyeglass collections, contact lenses and solutions for presbyopia. Flova writes three posts a week for your practice, schedules them around new collections and seasons, and publishes them on Instagram, Facebook and Google.
Common questions in your sector
- Competition from online opticians puts pressure on your local business
- New collections arrive but taking photos and posting keeps getting delayed
- Clients do not realise an eye test at your practice is just as thorough as at an ophthalmologist
- Regulars only return every three years, staying visible in between is challenging
Examples from the previous social media version
New Lindberg collection just in: six new models, titanium and lighter than you would expect. Try them on without obligation in store.
Free eye test by appointment, even for first-time visitors. Thirty minutes, no obligation to buy.
Children's glasses for the school year: sturdy frames, great design, ready quickly. Stock up in September rather than leaving it too late.
Questions from the previous version
How do I keep clients engaged between eyeglass purchases?
Flova writes posts about maintenance, lens cleaner and new collections. Clients see you as active and think of you for their next purchase or for family members.
Does this work against online competition?
Yes. We highlight the in-store experience: trying on frames, eye test in person, quick adjustments. Things online cannot offer.
Can I post photos of clients wearing their new glasses?
With consent, yes. Flova helps with flattering shots in good light, or otherwise works with frame detail images.
Today: explain your service clearly
Flova now helps you rewrite an existing service page. You check the source, add context and edit the proposal yourself. Flova does not publish to your website or social media accounts.
From social communication to your service page
Name the specific service this page describes. Start with your customers’ questions without adding unconfirmed facts or promises.
Explain who the service is for, how an enquiry works and what information you need. Mention an area only if you actually work there.
Choose a concrete next step supported by your website: contact, a quote request or an appointment. Check that the button leads to the right destination.
The studio is now also available in English. You check all facts and publish the text yourself.
