Social media for health food shops in Belgium

Previous content, for reference

This page retains its original address. The social media examples below come from the previous version of Flova. Automatic publishing, subscriptions and stated results are not part of the current writing studio’s offer.

Honest product, honest post.

Seasonal vegetables, supplements, herbal blends and local products. Flova writes three posts a week for your health food shop in clear language, schedules them around weekend shopping, and publishes on Facebook, Instagram and Google.

Common questions in your sector

  • Customers choose Bio-Planet out of habit rather than knowledge
  • Supplements need explanation that doesn't fit on a price tag
  • Local farmers are on your shelf but not online
  • Posts quickly sound alternative or preachy

Examples from the previous social media version

This week on the shelf: parsnip and celeriac from De Loonse Hoeve, harvested two days ago. Until Friday, or while stocks last.
Question of the week: which magnesium for which purpose? Bisglycinate for relaxation, citrate for muscles. Short explanation in store or via a message.
Herbal tincture workshop on 12 October. Make your own bottles from dandelion and calendula. Space for 8, register via the link.

Questions from the previous version

How do I explain supplements without making health claims?

Flova knows the Belgian regulations on food supplements. Posts describe use and composition without cure claims. Safe and transparent.

Does this work for food, cosmetics and wellness combined?

Yes. You share your shelf categories, Flova alternates between food (fresh produce, recipes), cosmetics (skin type, ingredients) and wellness (sleep, relaxation, energy).

How do I avoid posts that sound too alternative?

Flova writes in a grounded tone. No new age language, no mystical claims. Just clearly explaining what a product is and what people use it for.

Today: explain your service clearly

Flova now helps you rewrite an existing service page. You check the source, add context and edit the proposal yourself. Flova does not publish to your website or social media accounts.

From social communication to your service page

Name the specific service this page describes. Start with your customers’ questions without adding unconfirmed facts or promises.

Explain who the service is for, how an enquiry works and what information you need. Mention an area only if you actually work there.

Choose a concrete next step supported by your website: contact, a quote request or an appointment. Check that the button leads to the right destination.
