Social media for speech therapists in Belgium

Previous content, for reference

This page retains its original address. The social media examples below come from the previous version of Flova. Automatic publishing, subscriptions and stated results are not part of the current writing studio’s offer.

Voice, language, clear communication.

Support for articulation, reading difficulties, dyslexia, stuttering or voice problems. Flova writes two posts a week for your practice in a calm tone and publishes them on Facebook, Instagram and Google.

Common questions in your sector

  • Your waiting list is long and new parents cannot find a spot
  • Posts about language problems can quickly feel accusatory toward parents
  • Reimbursement through health insurance and RIZIV is unknown to many
  • Referrals from CLB and GP practices move slowly

Examples from the previous social media version

Intake for children from age 4: one conversation with the parents, one observation session. Doctor's referral required for reimbursement.
Reimbursement: up to 23 sessions per year via your health insurer, with the right indication. We manage the file together.
Voice problems in adults: teachers and public speakers often benefit from five to ten sessions. A first evaluation is a good starting point.

Questions from the previous version

How do I write about language difficulties without making parents feel blamed?

Flova keeps it positive and factual. Posts focus on what we work on together, not on what is wrong with the child.

Can I post photos of children with consent?

Legally yes, but Flova recommends general images or AI illustrations when minors are involved. Privacy comes first.

Does this work for my collaboration with schools and CLB?

Yes. We write posts about your approach that also help teachers and CLB staff refer you correctly.

Today: explain your service clearly

Flova now helps you rewrite an existing service page. You check the source, add context and edit the proposal yourself. Flova does not publish to your website or social media accounts.

From social communication to your service page

Name the specific service this page describes. Start with your customers’ questions without adding unconfirmed facts or promises.

Explain who the service is for, how an enquiry works and what information you need. Mention an area only if you actually work there.

Choose a concrete next step supported by your website: contact, a quote request or an appointment. Check that the button leads to the right destination.
