Social media for coffee bars in Belgium
Previous content, for reference
This page retains its original address. The social media examples below come from the previous version of Flova. Automatic publishing, subscriptions and stated results are not part of the current writing studio’s offer.
Espresso needs timing. So do posts.
New beans, brewing methods, breakfast menu and cupping events. Flova writes three posts a week for your coffee bar in a tone that suits specialty coffee, schedules them around morning and lunch, and publishes on Facebook, Instagram and Google.
Common questions in your sector
- Regulars come out of habit, not because of news
- Single origin rotation is never explained anywhere
- Competition from Starbucks and local chains puts pressure on margins
- No time for photos between tamping and steaming
Examples from the previous social media version
On the grinder this week: Ethiopia Yirgacheffe from Sucafina, lighter roast. Clear, citrusy, ideal as a V60.
Brunch Saturday: pistolet with avocado, poached egg and pistachio pesto. Until 2pm, no reservation needed.
Cupping Thursday at 7pm: four beans tasted blind, score sheet included. Free for customers, sign up via DM.
Questions from the previous version
How do I explain specialty coffee without sounding snobbish?
Flova writes accessibly. Single origin, roast level and brewing method are mentioned in plain language. Customers learn something without feeling intimidated.
Does this work for retail bean sales too?
Yes. Flova creates separate posts for bean sales: current rotation, flavour profile, storage tip. Regular customers take more home.
How do I attract remote workers and laptop users?
Flova knows your laptop policy (laptop-friendly hours or not) and communicates it clearly. No surprises for customers who want to work from your place.
Today: explain your service clearly
Flova now helps you rewrite an existing service page. You check the source, add context and edit the proposal yourself. Flova does not publish to your website or social media accounts.
From social communication to your service page
Name the specific service this page describes. Start with your customers’ questions without adding unconfirmed facts or promises.
Explain who the service is for, how an enquiry works and what information you need. Mention an area only if you actually work there.
Choose a concrete next step supported by your website: contact, a quote request or an appointment. Check that the button leads to the right destination.
The studio is now also available in English. You check all facts and publish the text yourself.
