Social media for garages and car businesses in Belgium

Previous content, for reference

This page retains its original address. The social media examples below come from the previous version of Flova. Automatic publishing, subscriptions and stated results are not part of the current writing studio’s offer.

Customers think of you before the inspection, not after.

A garage lives on repeat work and local reputation. Flova writes weekly posts on inspection periods, seasonal maintenance, tyres, used-car offers and service tips. In everyday Belgian language, not dealer jargon.

Common questions in your sector

  • Customers forget you until they break down
  • Used-car offers sell slowly online
  • Tyre-change peak gets missed because no one posted in time
  • No time to take photos of the workshop
  • Google Business Profile is abandoned

Examples from the previous social media version

Tyre-change deadline 1 November: book an appointment in October. Three slots open this week.
Used car of the week: Skoda Fabia 2019, 78,000 km, one owner. Three photos, one line about the inspection.
What to do when your AC stops cooling? Three checks before coming to the garage. Service link at the bottom.

Questions from the previous version

Does this also work for brand dealers with central marketing?

Yes, often even better. Central campaigns cover the brand, Flova covers your local voice and your workshop. The two complement each other.

What about GDPR for customer data in posts?

Flova never posts customer names or licence plates unless you enter them manually. By default everything is de-identified before publication.

Today: explain your service clearly

Flova now helps you rewrite an existing service page. You check the source, add context and edit the proposal yourself. Flova does not publish to your website or social media accounts.

From social communication to your service page

Name the specific service this page describes. Start with your customers’ questions without adding unconfirmed facts or promises.

Explain who the service is for, how an enquiry works and what information you need. Mention an area only if you actually work there.

Choose a concrete next step supported by your website: contact, a quote request or an appointment. Check that the button leads to the right destination.
