Social media for event venues in Belgium

Previous content, for reference

This page retains its original address. The social media examples below come from the previous version of Flova. Automatic publishing, subscriptions and stated results are not part of the current writing studio’s offer.

Atmosphere on location, atmosphere online.

Weddings, corporate parties, seminars and private celebrations. Flova writes three posts a week for your event venue, schedules them around booking moments, and publishes on Facebook, Instagram, Google and LinkedIn.

Common questions in your sector

  • Venue tours take a lot of time with no guarantee of a booking
  • Photos from previous events stay on the hard drive
  • Companies plan seminars late, leaving the diary unstable
  • Competition from Airbnb locations and pop-up venues

Examples from the previous social media version

Wedding venue 2026: four Saturdays still available between May and September. Seated for 80, terrace with pond view, own caterer welcome.
For corporate parties and seminars: meeting room for 30, lunch break included, own parking for 25 cars. Send your enquiry for a quote.
Behind the scenes: our team sets up for a breakfast reception tomorrow morning. 60 chairs, round tables, white linen.

Questions from the previous version

How do I reach couples earlier in their decision process?

Flova creates seasonal posts during the quiet months (January to March) when couples are searching. Venue visits get booked earlier and the calendar fills up faster.

Does this work for both weddings and corporate events?

Yes. Flova creates separate content per target group: emotionally warm for weddings, professionally factual for companies. Per channel: Instagram for couples, LinkedIn for B2B.

Can I use photos from client events without any issues?

You decide which photos are shared. Flova always asks for explicit approval before using recognisable images. Safe within GDPR and respectful towards your clients.

Today: explain your service clearly

Flova now helps you rewrite an existing service page. You check the source, add context and edit the proposal yourself. Flova does not publish to your website or social media accounts.

From social communication to your service page

Name the specific service this page describes. Start with your customers’ questions without adding unconfirmed facts or promises.

Explain who the service is for, how an enquiry works and what information you need. Mention an area only if you actually work there.

Choose a concrete next step supported by your website: contact, a quote request or an appointment. Check that the button leads to the right destination.
