Social media for pet shops in Belgium
Previous content, for reference
This page retains its original address. The social media examples below come from the previous version of Flova. Automatic publishing, subscriptions and stated results are not part of the current writing studio’s offer.
Loyal customers have four legs.
Food by breed, accessories, flea season and health advice. Flova writes three posts a week for your pet shop, schedules them around buying moments, and publishes on Facebook, Instagram and Google.
Common questions in your sector
- Customers order food online via Zooplus or Maxi Zoo
- Your expertise doesn't translate into online visibility
- Flea and worm season stays commercially underused
- Competition from large chains puts pressure on price
Examples from the previous social media version
Flea season starts: pipettes for dogs and cats in stock. Ask for our free consultation in the shop, no appointment needed.
New in: Lily's Kitchen food for dogs with sensitive stomachs. Duck with potato, grain-free. Small bag or 6 kg.
For your cat: new scratching post at 1.2 metres in sisal and plush. Two levels, reinforced base. 89 euros, stock available for the holidays.
Questions from the previous version
How do I pull customers away from Zooplus and large chains?
Flova promotes your in-store advice: personal conversation about nutrition, no subscription delays, no third-party delivery. Customers value someone who knows their pet.
Does this work for seasonal themes (fleas, heat, cold)?
Yes. Flova builds seasonal campaigns: fleas in May, heat in July, cold in November. Customers think of it at exactly the right moment.
Can I show my expertise without playing the role of a vet?
Flova writes within the boundaries of retail advice: no diagnosis, but product information and referral to a vet where needed. Safe and clear.
Today: explain your service clearly
Flova now helps you rewrite an existing service page. You check the source, add context and edit the proposal yourself. Flova does not publish to your website or social media accounts.
From social communication to your service page
Name the specific service this page describes. Start with your customers’ questions without adding unconfirmed facts or promises.
Explain who the service is for, how an enquiry works and what information you need. Mention an area only if you actually work there.
Choose a concrete next step supported by your website: contact, a quote request or an appointment. Check that the button leads to the right destination.
The studio is now also available in English. You check all facts and publish the text yourself.
