Social media for vet practices in Belgium
Previous content, for reference
This page retains its original address. The social media examples below come from the previous version of Flova. Automatic publishing, subscriptions and stated results are not part of the current writing studio’s offer.
Caring work, visible online.
Vaccination, deworming, sterilisation, day surgery or advice on chronic conditions. Flova writes three posts a week for your practice, schedules them around seasonal campaigns and publishes them on Facebook, Instagram and Google.
Common questions in your sector
- The phone is constantly busy after every holiday, with questions about vaccines and travel
- Pet owners struggle to find your opening hours quickly online
- Posting about euthanasia or difficult topics requires a lot of care
- Competition from large vet chains puts pressure on your independent practice
Examples from the previous social media version
Travelling abroad this autumn holiday? Travel vaccinations and pet passports need to be arranged at least two weeks in advance. Call this week for an appointment.
Worming treatment for your cat or dog, every three months. We send reminders so you do not have to remember.
Welcome to Lina, our new colleague vet. Specialising in small animals, available on Tuesday and Thursday.
Questions from the previous version
How do I handle sensitive topics like euthanasia on social media?
Flova avoids these unless you explicitly want to share a post, for example about palliative care. By default we keep content focused on prevention and practical information.
Can I post photos of clients' animals?
With the owner's consent, yes. Flova reminds you of this during onboarding and otherwise works with atmospheric images or AI illustrations.
Does this work with my appointment booking system?
Yes. Posts link to your online booking tool and Google Business Profile, so clients can book directly without calling.
Today: explain your service clearly
Flova now helps you rewrite an existing service page. You check the source, add context and edit the proposal yourself. Flova does not publish to your website or social media accounts.
From social communication to your service page
Name the specific service this page describes. Start with your customers’ questions without adding unconfirmed facts or promises.
Explain who the service is for, how an enquiry works and what information you need. Mention an area only if you actually work there.
Choose a concrete next step supported by your website: contact, a quote request or an appointment. Check that the button leads to the right destination.
The studio is now also available in English. You check all facts and publish the text yourself.
