Social media for delicatessen shops in Belgium
Previous content, for reference
This page retains its original address. The social media examples below come from the previous version of Flova. Automatic publishing, subscriptions and stated results are not part of the current writing studio’s offer.
Good things, without the fuss.
New arrivals, gift packages, tastings and suggestions for charcuterie boards. Flova writes three posts a week for your deli, schedules them around weekends and holidays, and publishes on Facebook, Instagram and Google.
Common questions in your sector
- Customers don't know which new products have arrived on the shelves
- Gift packages sit unsold until just before the holidays
- Competition from organic supermarkets chips away at regulars
- No time to share producer stories online
Examples from the previous social media version
Just in: olive oil from a small producer in Puglia, 2025 harvest. First cold press, intensely herby. 18 euros for half a litre.
Italian Heart gift package: durum pasta, Pesto Genovese, 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano. Ready to give.
Saturday tasting: five Mediterranean olive oils. From 11am to 4pm, free entry.
Questions from the previous version
How do I sell gift packages online and in-store?
Flova builds a holiday campaign from late October. Tackling gift indecision early, clear price ranges and an order deadline. Customers plan ahead, you can assemble more calmly.
Can I feature stories from my producers?
Yes. You share information about your regular suppliers once (olive mill, cheesemaker, winemaker). Flova creates story posts that keep your shop distinct from supermarket offerings.
Does this work for in-store tastings?
Absolutely. Flova schedules teasers before, reminders on the day and thank-you posts after. Tastings fill up better and regular customers feel personally invited.
Today: explain your service clearly
Flova now helps you rewrite an existing service page. You check the source, add context and edit the proposal yourself. Flova does not publish to your website or social media accounts.
From social communication to your service page
Name the specific service this page describes. Start with your customers’ questions without adding unconfirmed facts or promises.
Explain who the service is for, how an enquiry works and what information you need. Mention an area only if you actually work there.
Choose a concrete next step supported by your website: contact, a quote request or an appointment. Check that the button leads to the right destination.
The studio is now also available in English. You check all facts and publish the text yourself.
