Social media for CrossFit boxes in Belgium

Previous content, for reference

This page retains its original address. The social media examples below come from the previous version of Flova. Automatic publishing, subscriptions and stated results are not part of the current writing studio’s offer.

Your box, your story.

WODs of the week, athlete spotlights, open boxes and intro courses. Flova writes three posts a week for your box, schedules them around your timetable, and publishes them on Instagram, Facebook and Google.

Common questions in your sector

  • WOD posts full of jargon scare off newcomers
  • Photos taken during training are often chaotic and unusable
  • Intro groups fill irregularly because marketing energy is lacking
  • Competition from regular gyms puts pressure on new member numbers

Examples from the previous social media version

Six-week intro course starts 12 October. Monday and Wednesday at 7 pm. For anyone who has never stood under a barbell.
Athlete of the month: Lieve, three years in, first pull-up last week. Proud we were there to see it.
Open box Saturday 11 am to 1 pm. Try a WOD, no obligation, water and coffee on us.

Questions from the previous version

How do I write about CrossFit without putting people off?

Flova mixes jargon-free posts for newcomers with technical posts for regulars. One in three posts is aimed at beginners.

Can I use informal language for my box community?

Yes. A casual, direct tone works well for fitness communities. You set your preferred style during onboarding and Flova follows it consistently.

Does this work for open-day announcements?

Yes. We automatically build a lead-up: three posts in the ten days before the open day, each from a different angle.

Today: explain your service clearly

Flova now helps you rewrite an existing service page. You check the source, add context and edit the proposal yourself. Flova does not publish to your website or social media accounts.

From social communication to your service page

Name the specific service this page describes. Start with your customers’ questions without adding unconfirmed facts or promises.

Explain who the service is for, how an enquiry works and what information you need. Mention an area only if you actually work there.

Choose a concrete next step supported by your website: contact, a quote request or an appointment. Check that the button leads to the right destination.
