Social media for chocolatiers in Belgium

Previous content, for reference

This page retains its original address. The social media examples below come from the previous version of Flova. Automatic publishing, subscriptions and stated results are not part of the current writing studio’s offer.

Making pralines takes focus. So does posting.

Seasonal confections, new ganaches, atelier atmosphere and order info for the holidays. Flova writes three posts a week for your chocolate shop in a tone that suits fine craftsmanship, schedules them at the right moment, and publishes on Facebook, Instagram and Google.

Common questions in your sector

  • No time for social media during peak season
  • Photos don't capture the quality of the work in the atelier
  • Customers find out too late that the Easter or Christmas collection is open
  • Competing with big brands feels impossible online

Examples from the previous social media version

Our Easter collection is ready. Eggs with praline, hazelnut cream and salted caramel. Orders open until 28 March.
New this week: ganache made with Flemish coffee, rested for three days, thin couverture coating. Limited run of 60 pieces.
A look inside the atelier: tempering on marble, by hand. The old way, because it still works best.

Questions from the previous version

How do I handle Easter and Saint Nicholas online?

Flova builds a campaign around each seasonal peak: teasers four weeks ahead, order opening two weeks ahead, reminders just before the deadline. You set the rhythm, we schedule the posts.

My pralines sell on feeling. Does social media actually work for that?

Yes, that is exactly why it works. People buy handmade chocolate for the story and the craftsmanship. Flova brings that story to life without overdoing it.

Can I reuse imagery from the atelier?

Absolutely. You upload photos or short clips once, Flova reuses them in new posts with different captions, at different times and for different audiences.

Today: explain your service clearly

Flova now helps you rewrite an existing service page. You check the source, add context and edit the proposal yourself. Flova does not publish to your website or social media accounts.

From social communication to your service page
