Social media for gift shops in Belgium

Previous content, for reference

This page retains its original address. The social media examples below come from the previous version of Flova. Automatic publishing, subscriptions and stated results are not part of the current writing studio’s offer.

For anyone still wondering: here is an idea.

New collections, wrapping service, holiday gifts and gift ideas per occasion. Flova writes three posts a week for your gift shop, schedules them around birthdays and holidays, and publishes on Facebook, Instagram and Google.

Common questions in your sector

  • Customers search for gift inspiration online but don't find you
  • Stock rotates weekly but posts stay stuck on old collections
  • Your wrapping service is a key differentiator but goes unnoticed online
  • Competition from Bol.com and Amazon on price

Examples from the previous social media version

Gift idea for your mother under 25 euros: ceramic mug from a Brussels potter. Comes with wrapping in our house style.
Just in: a new collection of cards for 'finally graduated', 'get well soon' and 'many more years together'. 4 euros each.
For the holidays: free gift wrapping with every purchase. Ribbon, label, ready to give. Until 24 December.

Questions from the previous version

How do I help customers choose without showing a thousand options every day?

Flova creates gift posts per category and budget: 'for your mother under 25 euros', 'for your colleague under 15 euros'. Customers decide faster and hesitate less.

Does this work for small stock that sells out quickly?

Yes. Flova highlights scarcity honestly: 'limited stock', 'last few remaining'. No false urgency, just transparency.

Can I feature my wrapping service?

Absolutely. Photos of your kraft wrapping, ribbon and labels become a regular part of your post rotation. Customers choose you for the detail that chains don't offer.

Today: explain your service clearly

Flova now helps you rewrite an existing service page. You check the source, add context and edit the proposal yourself. Flova does not publish to your website or social media accounts.

From social communication to your service page

Name the specific service this page describes. Start with your customers’ questions without adding unconfirmed facts or promises.

Explain who the service is for, how an enquiry works and what information you need. Mention an area only if you actually work there.

Choose a concrete next step supported by your website: contact, a quote request or an appointment. Check that the button leads to the right destination.
