Social media for bookkeepers in Belgium
Previous content, for reference
This page retains its original address. The social media examples below come from the previous version of Flova. Automatic publishing, subscriptions and stated results are not part of the current writing studio’s offer.
Bookkeeping without the worry.
For self-employed professionals and small companies who would rather not look at their numbers. Flova writes explanations and reminders that your clients actually read, posted at the moments when business owners carve out time for admin.
Common questions in your sector
- Clients ask the same questions by email every year
- No time for marketing between VAT filings
- Uncertain which tax topics are safe to share publicly
- Competitors are younger and more active on LinkedIn
Examples from the previous social media version
Your first invoice in January? Make sure your VAT number and the correct VAT exemption wording are on there. A quick checklist.
Liberal professions still on the old regime: three reasons to ask your bookkeeper to recalculate.
Booking private expenses through the company: where is the line and what does the tax authority look for?
Questions from the previous version
Will I get questions through social that I do not want to answer publicly?
Flova writes posts that explain without promising free advice. CTAs always say 'get in touch' or 'call for an appointment', not 'answer in the comments'.
Does this work for a small one-person office?
The Starter plan is built for exactly that. Two to three posts per week, fully automated. You review, click approve, done.
Can I connect my own tone of voice?
Yes. During onboarding, Flova reads three to five of your own texts (website, emails, existing posts) and calibrates tone and word choices accordingly.
Today: explain your service clearly
Flova now helps you rewrite an existing service page. You check the source, add context and edit the proposal yourself. Flova does not publish to your website or social media accounts.
From social communication to your service page
Name the specific service this page describes. Start with your customers’ questions without adding unconfirmed facts or promises.
Explain who the service is for, how an enquiry works and what information you need. Mention an area only if you actually work there.
Choose a concrete next step supported by your website: contact, a quote request or an appointment. Check that the button leads to the right destination.
The studio is now also available in English. You check all facts and publish the text yourself.
