Social media for building contractors in Belgium
Previous content, for reference
This page retains its original address. The social media examples below come from the previous version of Flova. Automatic publishing, subscriptions and stated results are not part of the current writing studio’s offer.
Sites running, online too.
For general contractors working on new builds and renovations. Flova writes posts about your sites, craftsmanship and delivered projects, and schedules them on Facebook, Google Business and LinkedIn where homeowners and architects are watching.
Common questions in your sector
- Sites run for weeks, communication falters during the work
- Homeowners want privacy, photos require permission
- No time to document every phase
- Competition from larger contractors with a marketing team
Examples from the previous social media version
Renovation of a corner house in Antwerp: facade stripped, insulation placed, new windows, plaster closed, three weeks of work. Before and after in the carousel.
New build in Hasselt: shell completed on time, no surprises for the client. Honest work, honest price from the first quote.
Three reasons why a homeowner benefits from a fixed site contact: no loose messages in group chats, everything through one line.
Questions from the previous version
Can I publish photos from sites?
With the homeowner's permission. Flova helps draft texts you can base on that permission. Otherwise you publish after handover or work with anonymised shots.
Which channel works best for a contractor?
Google Business for local visibility, Facebook for homeowners, LinkedIn for B2B architects and developers. Flova publishes the same content adapted per network.
Does this work for a small contracting company?
The Starter plan is built for that. Two to three posts per week, fully automated. You approve, Flova publishes.
Today: explain your service clearly
Flova now helps you rewrite an existing service page. You check the source, add context and edit the proposal yourself. Flova does not publish to your website or social media accounts.
From social communication to your service page
Name the specific service this page describes. Start with your customers’ questions without adding unconfirmed facts or promises.
Explain who the service is for, how an enquiry works and what information you need. Mention an area only if you actually work there.
Choose a concrete next step supported by your website: contact, a quote request or an appointment. Check that the button leads to the right destination.
The studio is now also available in English. You check all facts and publish the text yourself.
